Legislator Corbin Attends Human Rights Conference

Nassau County Legislator Roger Corbin (D-Westbury) attended an Informational Conference given by the Nassau County Commission on

Human Rights held at the Marriott recently. The forum was held to highlight the services offered by the Commission which include job development, investigation and compliance, human rights awareness and the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Program.

Legislator Corbin had been an outspoken advocate on behalf of his constituency to

ensure that everyone is treated with equality and dignity in every aspect of their daily life.
