Legislator Scannell Addresses Baldwin PTA Council

Nassau County Legislator Joe Scannell (D-Baldwin) addresses the Baldwin Council of PTA’s annual Legislative Forum at the Baldwin Senior High School on February 28, 2011. Legislator Scannell provided an update on county issues including the relocation of the Baldwin police precinct, the pending state oversight agency’s take over of the county finances and the state budget crises’ impact on the aid to education. Shown at the right is Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D-Hempstead) who also spoke at the event.
