Mammography Van in Baldwin July 23

Nassau County Legislator Joe Scannell (D-Baldwin) is pleased to announce “No Out-of-Pocket Cost” breast cancer screenings will be available to the women of the Fifth Legislative District on July 23, 2008. The screenings, for women 40 years old and over, will be conducted at the Rose Boulevard Fire Department (1250 Grand Avenue, Baldwin) from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Included in the screening is a breast examination by a nurse, a mammography, and instructions for breast self-examination.

An appointment is necessary and can be made by calling Legislator Scannell’s office at 571-6205 during regular business hours.
