Nassau County Fourth Precinct Commanding Officer

Nassau County Legislator Jeff Toback (D-Oceanside), third from right, introduced Rick Capece, the new Commanding Officer of Nassau County Police Department’s Fourth Precinct at a breakfast at the JCC of the Greater Five Towns in Cedarhurst. Civic groups, village and school officials from the district joined to welcome Inspector Capece.
