Leg Toback Hosts Holocaust Remembrance Day

Nassau County Legislator Jeff Toback (D-Oceanside), left, hosted, organized, and led Yom HaShoah, also known as Holocaust Remembrance Day, at the Nassau County Legislature. The program was also hosted by The Five Towns Jewish Council, Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County, and The Jewish Press. Joining him were, Caroline Levy, Legislator Roger Corbin (D-Westbury), Legislator Wayne Wink (D-Roslyn), Comptroller Howard Weitzman, Leslie Gross, Asher Matathias, Rabbi Anchelle Perl, Legislator Judi Bosworth, Legislator Dave Denenberg, Mark Schimel, Sarrae Crane, Steve Markowitz, Maureen O’Connell, and Rev. Reginald Tuggle.
