Look Who Came to Read at Our School!

Nassau County Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) participated in the Manhasset Public School District’s “Guess Who’s Coming to Read” program held at both the Munsey Park and Shelter Rock elementary schools. The reading program is designed to encourage children to read on a daily basis. Community leaders are invited to the schools as guest readers to show the students that the importance of reading has no age limit. Legislator Bosworth read “D is for Democracy” to Ms. Perfetto’s class in Munsey Park School and to Ms Klein’s second and third graders in Shelter Rock School.
