Legislator Bosworth Urges Women to Take Charge of Your Health!

Presentation is Nov. 18 in Great Neck Plaza Village Hall

Nassau County Legislator Judi Bosworth (D-Great Neck) is pleased to host Neeta M. Shah, MD FACP, Vice President of Women’s Health Services, North Shore-LIJ Health System in the 10th Legislative District. Dr. Shah will lead an interactive discussion entitled “Building a Healthy Doctor/Patient Relationship for Optimum Care – Questions You Should Ask Your Doctor.” Mayor Jean Celender has graciously agreed to open the doors of the Great Neck Plaza Village Hall for this presentation and the Atria Cuttermill is generously providing refreshments for attendees.

Leg. Bosworth believes this discussion will benefit all women with advice on how to choose the right doctor, how to prepare for your first visit, what questions to ask on your visit to the doctor, and more. She encourages all women to TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HEALTH!

Join Legislator Bosworth on Thursday, November 18, 2010 from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Great Neck Plaza Village Hall, 2 Gussack Plaza. Dr. Shah has agreed to stay and address personal questions individually.
