Legislator Wink Guest Speaker at Kiwanis Club of Manhasset - Port Washington Meeting

Nassau County Legislator Wayne Wink (D-Roslyn), left, was a guest speaker at the Kiwanis Club of Manhasset-Port Washington meeting where he discussed the deficit reduction plan and his trip to Albany. Recently, Legislator Wink joined Presiding Officer Diane Yatauro and fellow legislators on a trip to Albany for a series of meetings with state lawmakers in an effort to win support for three pending initiatives. If enacted the three items would help Nassau County resolve the serious financial threat it faces because of the current national economic recession.
