Legislator Wink Thanks Members of Wheatley Key Club for Pediatric Trauma Kits

Nassau County Legislator Wayne Wink (D-Roslyn) thanked members of the Wheatley Key Club who donated two pediatric trauma kits to the Nassau County Ambulance Company. Members of the club raised the funds at their annual walk-a-thon for charity held this past October. One kit was donated in memory of Brandon Lustig, a classmate of students at Wheatley.

“This is a prime example of kids helping kids,” Legislator Wink said. “Members of the Wheatley Key Club should be commended for their efforts and their continual commitment to the community.”
