Presiding Officer Schmitt is Guest Speaker at

Nassau County Village Officials Association Meeting

Presiding Officer Peter J. Schmitt recently served as the guest speaker to the Nassau County Village Officials Association. Schmitt addressed the group of Village Mayors on the fiscal distress being experienced by Nassau County, and repeated a vow that “this deficit which we inherited from the previous administration will be dealt with without raising taxes.”
