Massapequa Senior Citizens Club Installs New Officers

The Massapequa Senior Citizen Club, sponsored by the Massapequa School District, held their Annual Installation of Officers Luncheon recently.  Nassau County Legislator Peter J. Schmitt was on hand to congratulate the newly installed Officers, and to present a special Legislative Citation to Outgoing President Carole McElwee.  “Carole has volunteered her time and talents to lead the Club for two years, during which time she made the organization – and the entire community a better place.”  Said Schmitt as he proclaimed June 10th as “Carole McElwee Day” in Nassau County.
