COMMUNITY BLOOD DRIVE

Every two seconds, someone needs blood. Summer marks the height of “trauma season,” the busiest time of the year for emergency rooms and trauma centers nationwide. Please join Legislator Belesi to donate blood and benefit those who may need it in our community.

Legislator Belesi is sponsoring this Blood Drive in cooperation with Long Island Blood Services (LIBS), one of the nation’s largest non-profit, community-based blood centers. Blood Donation Eligibility Criteria

• Bring valid ID •

• Minimum weight 110 lbs. •

• Age 16 - 76 •

• Eat well (low fat) & drink fluids •

• No tattoos for past 12 months •
