Mangano Honors National Champions

Nassau County Legislator Edward P. Mangano (R-Bethpage) recently presented Nassau County Certificates of Recognition to the Bethpage Varsity and Jr. Varsity Cheerleading Team and Bethpage Varsity Kick Line Team in recognition of the Cheerleading and Kick Line Teams winning first place in the National Championship Competitions. Legislator Mangano thanked "the Teams for making Bethpage #1 in the Nation. All of Bethpage is proud and honored by your accomplishments."

Legislator Mangano also thanks the Coaches for their dedication and commitment to their squads. Varsity and Jr. Varsity Cheerleading teams both won first place at the at the National Championship at the Cheer Tech National Cheerleading Competition in Wildwood, NJ. Additionally, Varsity Kick Line placed 1st place as Pom Nations Champions, 3rd Place in Kick Line and 3rd Place as Grand Champion in the "Contest Of Champions" Competition in Florida.
