Legislator Yatauro Urges Attendance at Home Foreclosure Seminar

Where to turn for Help When Things Start Coming Apart

Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) invites you to attend a free public education seminar on Home Foreclosure that will be presented by the Nassau County Bar Association’s Community Relations and Public Education Committee. The seminar will be held on Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, 7 p.m. at the Bar Association, 15th and West Streets, Mineola.

The topics that will be addressed during the seminar are: Counseling Services presented by M. Yvette Pacheco, Esq. the deputy director of the Homeownership Center, Nassau County Office of Housing and Homeless Services; The Bankruptcy Option presented by attorney Ronald M. Terenzi; the Foreclosure Process presented by attorney Adam Browser; and Investigating and Prosecuting Real Estate Crimes presented by the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office Economic Crimes Bureau Crimes Against Real Estate (CARE) Unit.
