Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro of the 18th Legislative District isinviting all local homeowners to workshops on how to challenge the assessed value of their property. Workshops will be held on the following dates:

Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Locust Valley Public Library, 170 Buckram Road, Locust Valley

Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Sea Cliff Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff

Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Jericho Public Library, 1 Merry Lane, Jericho
