Legislator Yatauro Encourages Residents to Know the Differences Between Cold and H1N1 Flu Symptoms

Nassau County Presiding Officer Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) encourages residents to be aware of the differences between cold and H1N1 Flu symptoms.

“Knowledge is power, and in this case, can save your life,” Legislator Yatauro said. “It’s important to know immediately if you have the flu so you can begin to take care of yourself and not infect those around you. Often people with flu symptoms mistakenly think they only have a cold.”
