Nassau County Legislature’s Presiding Officer Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) is holding a free child car seat safety check on October 2, 2008 in Bayville.

If you transport children using a car seat or a booster seat, the safety check is especially designed for you. Come to the Bayville Community Center, 88 Bayville Avenue on Thursday, October 2, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mr. Chris Mistron from the Nassau County Traffic Safety Bureau will check to make sure your safety seat is installed properly. This 15-minute inspection could safe a life.
