Yatauro, Youth Bureau, Rotary Fill-a-Bookbag Drive Kicks Off

Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove), the Glen Cove Youth Bureau and the North Shore-East Norwich Rotary recently announced their “Fill a Bookbag” drive to ensure all Glen Cove’s school age children start the coming school year with the supplies they need. Please consider donating any of the following items: Marble notebooks; Dry Erase markers; 4 oz. school glue; Crayons; wide washable markers; hand-held pencil sharpeners; or scissors. Items can be dropped off weekdays, from now until September 15, at the Glen Cove Youth Bureau, 128-B Glen Street, Glen Cove between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and again between 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
