Presiding Officer Yatauro Sponsors Free Car Seat Safety Check

Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) invites everyone who transports children using a car seat or booster seat to a free car seat safety check. On Wednesday, June 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Locust Valley Fire Department, Chris Mistron of the Nassau County Traffic Safety Bureau will make sure your child safety seat is installed properly.

Please call Presiding Officer Diane Yatauro’s office at 571-6218 to schedule an appointment. Appointments run every 15 minutes….and a 15 minutes safety check could save a life.
