USCG Flotilla 12-03, Ship-Shape at 68!

All hands were on deck at the Glen Cove Yacht Club on July 17th to celebrate two important anniversaries. The celebration marked the 70th anniversary of the Coast Guard Auxiliary and the 68th anniversary of the Coast Guard Auxiliary 12-03 Flotilla, our local group of volunteer lifesavers.

Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) joined George Olson of the Glen Cove Yacht Club; USCG Auxiliary 12-03 Flotilla Commander John Pitrowski; Flotilla Past Captain Manny Guidice; State Assemblyman Charles Lavine; and USCG Auxiliary National Commander Nicholas Kerrigan for the festivities.
