Yatauro Announces Bar Association Foreclosure Clinic

Nassau County Legislator Diane Yatauro (D-Glen Cove) announces the Nassau County Bar Association “Mortgage Foreclosure Consultation Clinic to be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 4 p.m. The clinic, free for Nassau County homeowners, will provide homeowners facing foreclosure with guidance and legal assistance from experts. Housing counselors from the Nassau County Homeownership Center, bankruptcy attorneys, and representatives from Nassau/Suffolk Law Services will be on hand for a question and answer session. In addition, one-on-one assistance with a volunteer Nassau County Bar Association attorney will be available

The clinic will be held at the Nassau County Bar Association, 15th and West Streets in Mineola. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 516.747.4070
