Legislator Denenberg Guest Reader at Birch School

Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) was a guest reader for this year’s Community Read-Aloud at the Birch School in Merrick. This PTA program is designed to encourage daily reading by the students and to highlight the importance of reading for academic success, guest readers are invited into the classroom. Legislator Denenberg is pictured with students in Ms. Harris’ fourth grade class.
