Legislator Denenberg Cheers on Bellmore Striders at 4K Run

Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) is pictured cheering on Olivia Ortiz, the women’s first place finisher in the Bellmore Striders annual Independence Day Run. The run was held on July 4 with the participants stepping off from the Bellmore train station. This year’s race, with a record setting 700 participants, was dedicated to the memory of Matthew Warkala.
