Legislator Denenberg Congratulates Eagle Scout Fox

Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) attended the recent Court of Honor held for Eagle Scout Joseph M. Fox at the Wantagh Fire Department. To achieve the distinguished rank of Eagle, Joseph completed a project to create a brick path and garden around a tree that had been planted in 1999 at the Seaford Harbor School in memory of a fellow Cub Scout, Daniel Provenzano.

Joseph’s project raised $2,845 dollars for the supplies, and took 175 people a total of 1,502 hours to complete. Legislator Denenberg commended Joseph on his dedication and commitment to the values and traditions of the Boy Scout program. Bully!
