Legislator Scannell Congratulates Monsignor Camp

On January 9, 2011, Nassau County Legislator Joe Scannell (D-Baldwin) joined parishioners, clergy and other elected

officials at St. Christopher Church in Baldwin as Bishop William Murphy elevated the church’s pastor, Rev. Steven R. Camp,

to the title of Monsignor. Legislator Scannell said, “It was my pleasure to participate in this tribute to Monsignor Camp.

His elevation reflects the Monsignor’s years of dedication to his church, his parish and to our community.”
