Girl Scout Bronze and Silver Award Winners Congratulated

Nassau County Legislator Dave Mejias (D-Farmingdale), center, congratulated the Bronze and Silver Award winners at the Plainedge Association of Girl Scouts Annual Bridging Fly Up Ceremony. Joining him were Councilman Joe Pinto, Town of Oyster Bay Clerk Steve J. Labriola, Girl Scout leader Catherine Acoria Accetta, Silver Award recipients Racael Accetta, and Jessica Byrne, Legislator Ed Mangano, Silver Award recipients Julia Visaggio and Daisha Waller, Girl Scout leader Latisha Waller, Councilman Coschignano, Girl Scout leader Karen Bartlett,

and Silver Award recipients Carly Andrews, Meghan Nicoles and Courtney Bartlett. The Silver, for girls between 11 and 14 and

the Bronze, for 8 and 11 year olds are the most prestigious awards in Girl Scouts.
