Mangano Announces Introduction of Baseball Clinics

Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano announces that the County will offer a series of general and specialized baseball clinics at Mitchel Athletic Complex.

“I am pleased to introduce this program as part of our ongoing effort to provide meaningful and affordable recreational opportunities for Nassau County’s youngsters,” says County Executive Ed Mangano. “The program is designed for boys and girls at all skill levels.”

The 2011 Summer Youth Baseball Program will be led by Michael Caulfield, the first assistant coach at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury; operator of the Butch Caulfield Hitting Academy in Bethpage; and hitting coordinator for the popular youth baseball programs at the New York Baseball Academy.
