Nassau County Human Rights Commission Any person who believes that she or he has been discriminated against in the areas of employment, housing, public accommodation, police harassment or public nonsectarian exempt education because of race, color, nation origin, ancestry, sex, age, or disability, may file a complaint with the Nassau County Commission on Human Rights within one year of the alleged unlawful discriminatory act.
