Effective 0001 hours on March 31, 2021, the following temporary procedures will be implemented for in-person attorney visits to be conducted seven (7) days per week as more fully described below.
Attorney visits will be scheduled for one (1) hour blocks during the below described time periods. Only one (1) attorney visit will be conducted at any time. All attorney visits must be requested at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the requested date via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All attorney visits will be confirmed or denied due to scheduling conflict by email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Once confirmed, attorneys should arrive at the designated time with appropriate identification. Every attorney will be required to complete a COVID screening form at the time of the visit, will be required to wear a face covering or mask, and will be required to maintain proper social distancing for the entirety of the visit. The COVID screening forms shall be maintained by the Department in case of the need for contact tracing at a later time. Attorneys will be permitted to bring materials necessary for the visit into the facility and all such materials are subject to search.
