New drivers face many unique challenges, laws and risks when they get behind the wheel of a car. From age specific alcohol laws, increased punishment for moving violations, to an increased risk of being involved in a dangerous accident and having your age/driving-experience used against you. It can be difficult to keep all the information in order. Learn about the laws which target new drivers, how to minimize risks while driving, and how to protect yourself if you are involved in an accident.
