Nassau County is committed to combating food insecurity and supporting the organizations that aid thousands of constituents every day. Below is a list of nonprofits in the county that aid in providing meals and groceries. Island Harvest

Island Harvest is a network of 570 Long Island-based food pantries, soup kitchens and other non-profit organizations that offer grocery services for those in need.
