You can save the life of a loved one from overdose!
Nassau County has been addressing the opioid crisis on multiple fronts, one of them is educating its residents on the use of Naloxone, also known as NARCAN. Legislator John Giuffré announces an Overdose Prevention Seminar to help residents learn what to do in case of an overdose and to teach them how to administer the life-saving, overdose-reversal agent NARCAN. All attendees who complete the training will receive a free NARCAN Overdose Prevention kit.
