All Food and Beverage Vendors - Board of Health Applications and Rules – non licensed vendors click on the link for the forms you need to complete and submit to participate..... If you are a NC Licensed vendor you need to provide us with your information to be listed on our registration and have your valid current licensed on view.
Unlicensed Food Vendors: click on the link below for the forms you need to complete and submit to the NASSAU COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE VENDOR PERMIT APPLICATION, to participate including any fees, no later than Tuesday Oct. 11th 2022.
