East Rockaway, NY—On March 12th, Legislator Bill Gaylor attended a Court of Honor Ceremony for Boy Scout Troop 332. Two Scouts, Kevin Kelly and Harrison Wells Dengel, both from Lynbrook, were promoted to the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout at the ceremony held at St. Raymond’s School in East Rockaway.
The prestigious honor of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout is earned through being a LIFE Scout for at least six months, earning a minimum of 21 merit badges, demonstrating qualities of leadership, and finally planning, developing, and leading a service project.
