[ARCHIVED] Valley Stream Robbery

The Major Case Bureau reports the details of a Bank Robbery which occurred on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 4:50 P.M. in Valley Stream.
According to Robbery Squad detectives, a male white, 5’ 8” tall with a thin build, wearing a black hooded jacket, black gloves and a scarf around his face entered the Capital One Bank located at 356 N. Central Avenue. He approached a teller and demanded cash. The teller complied and the suspect fled westbound on Clarendon Street with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were five employees and no customers in the bank at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.
