WHAT: Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D - Freeport) and Glory House Recovery, Inc. host the sixth annual Community Outdoor Market at the Baldwin LIRR station between Brookside and Milburn Avenues (across from Freeport High School).
Featuring an eclectic mix of offerings from more than 100 vendors, small businesses, entrepreneurs, local restaurants, and residents selling their own personal items, there’s a unique treasure for everyone to find along the approximately quarter-mile spread of vendors.
Shoppers are urged to arrive there early to get the best bargains on new and gently-used clothing, houseware, art, appliances, crafts, electronics and much more. Government and not-for-profit agencies will also be on hand to provide resources to interested visitors.
