
(FREEPORT, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) congratulated longtime friend and fellow Freeport resident Theresa Duran for being named the Regent for New York State Catholic Daughters of the Americas on Wednesday, May 19. Legislator Mulé presented Duran with a Nassau County Citation in recognition of her achievement. “For more than 20 years, I have witnessed time and again as Theresa positively impacted our community through her engaged leadership in the church and schools,” Legislator Mulé said. “I am thrilled to congratulate her upon her installation as Regent for the New York State Court of the Catholic Daughters of America, and I am confident that the organization is in great hands with Theresa at the helm.”
