(EAST MEADOW, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) commemorated LGBTQ+ Pride Month on Sunday, June 13, where she joined the LGBT Network for its “Long Island Pride - Together Again” concert and festival at Eisenhower Park’s Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater. “Nassau County celebrates diversity, and it was a pleasure to attend the LGBT Network’s Pride event at Eisenhower Park alongside my colleagues in government,” Legislator Mulé said. “These events showcase how, when we celebrate what makes us unique, we can all feel included and respected. I am always proud to stand with the LGBTQ+ community as an ally in the ongoing quest for equality.”
