Nassau County Legislators Rose Marie Walker and Laura Schaefer are joining together with the 2nd & 8th Precincts of the Nassau County Police Department to host National Night Out on Tuesday, August 3rd. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships to help make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. It seeks to strengthen the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, fostering a true sense of community. All are welcome to come and enjoy a night out with lots of fun activities for kids and adults, great food and giveaways!
