Abrahams Partners with Roosevelt P.A.L to Host Tennis Clinics for Young Residents Ages 6-16

WHAT: In conjunction with July’s observance as National Parks and Recreation Month, Nassau County Legislator Kevan Abrahams (D – Freeport) is partnering with the Roosevelt Police Activity League (P.A.L), and Clarity Surgical to present a series of tennis clinics at Centennial Park for youths ages 6 - 16 with basic to moderate level tennis skills. 

Thanks to Clarity Surgical’ s corporate sponsorship, the cost per child for each complete session is $15 which includes the lessons, a t-shirt, hat and tennis racket. “Now that summer is in full swing, I am thrilled to partner with the Roosevelt P.A.L to offer this opportunity to get our youth outside and physically active,” Legislator Abrahams said. “We hope you’ll join throughout the month of July at Centennial Park for this affordable and accessible opportunity for youth who want to learn how to play the sport of tennis.”
