&

MONDAY, AUGUST 16, 2021  9:45 AM to 12:00 Noon
Lynbrook Public Library – 56 Eldert St., Lynbrook

Nassau County Legislator Bill Gaylor is joining with Town of Hempstead Clerk Kate Murray and Supervisor Don Clavin to bring the Town of Hempstead’s Child Safety ID Program to Lynbrook.

The Child Safety ID Program, administered by Town Clerk Kate Murray’s office, features a safety kit that contains potentially lifesaving information to be used in the event of an emergency. The kit allows parents to document their child’s medical data, dental records and other personal information. This program is extremely unique in that the Town Clerk’s employees actually take the fingerprints and photographs of the children, and both are memorialized in a “kit” FREE of charge. Be reassured of the security of your child’s fingerprints and photographs as such records are NOT retained by the Town of Hempstead.

The safety of your children is of upmost importance to us. We hope that you never have an emergency that requires you to utilize this kit, but we hope that having this important tool can give you peace of mind.
