(FREEPORT, N.Y.) - Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé (D - Freeport) joined New York State Assembly Member Judy Griffin and Freeport Village officials in welcoming midshipmen cadets from the U.S. Naval Academy’s Squadron Training Program upon their arrival at the Nautical Mile on Thursday, Aug. 12. “The arrival of these brave men and women from Annapolis is a proud Freeport tradition, and I am delighted to witness its continuation this summer,” Legislator Mulé said. “I am grateful for their service to our nation and wish them great success and safety in all of their future endeavors.”
