
Nassau County Legislator Bill Gaylor joined with Valley Stream Mayor Edwin Fare and Trustee John Tufarelli to help award the Mayor’s Trophy to the Best in Show at the Valley Stream Classic Car Show
The winner, selected by the Mayor, was a light yellow 1976 Cadillac Eldorado owned by a resident named Bob. The Valley Stream Classic Car Show is a summer event on Friday nights in Valley Stream were Rockaway Avenue is closed to traffic and features on street dining and classic cars.
“Congratulations to Bob on winning the Mayor’s Trophy at this year’s Valley Stream Classic Car Show. It was great to join with Mayor Fare to present him with the trophy for Best in Show for his remarkable Cadillac Eldorado,” Legislator Gaylor said. “I was also able to talk to residents about my work making sure law enforcement has the resources they need. These events are great for bringing residents together, to enjoy all our community has to offer.”
