WHAT: Nassau County Legislator Joshua Lafazan (Woodbury) in partnering with Heart and Health Medical to bring the mobile vaccination van to the Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay’s parking lot on Thursday, Sept. 30. The Heart and Health Medical team will be administering the Moderna vaccine to individuals over the age of 18. The medical team is also offering residents an opportunity to get a physical exam, an EKG, a blood test (including but not limited to COVID-19 Antibody Titer) and their blood pressure checked.
Appointments are required, and all participants will be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Attendees must bring insurance cards and photo I.D. The second dose will be administered at Heart and Health Medical’s Massapequa office.
