Mission 

By supporting women in business, Nassau County is providing the opportunity for women to grow, follow their passion, and ultimately increase the economic stability of our communities. 

Vision

Attract young women to study business by exposing them to a variety of career  paths from an early age.

 Partner with neighboring colleges and universities which will lead to greater choice for students in their chosen field.

 Mentor and coach young mothers who desire to become entrepreneurs.

 Mentor women at all stages of their career, supporting women in their personal and professional development through continued education, networking, and coaching so they are empowered to make their own decisions.

Promote the number of women veterans in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Increase the number of women in leadership positions in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
