The mission of the Nassau County Workforce Development Unit is to empower residents and strengthen the local workforce by providing accessible career training programs, employment resources, and professional development opportunities. Through resume and cover letter workshops, interview preparation, career readiness services, and strategic community partnerships, we are committed to equipping individuals with the skills and support needed to achieve sustainable employment and long-term success.

We proudly connect job seekers, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations through one of the largest Career Expos in Nassau County, featuring over 120 agencies, companies, and community-based organizations dedicated to workforce advancement and economic growth.
