Nassau County Salute to Veterans Ceremony and Concert

On Saturday, August 3rd the Nassau County Veterans Service Agency will host its Annual “Salute to Veterans Ceremony and Concert”. The Ceremony will honor local residents who have distinguished themselves as helping veterans throughout the community. The awardees will receive the Nassau County Distinguished Service to Veterans Award during the ceremony. To participate, residents in the community may nominate individuals whom they feel are deserving to be recognized for their outstanding work in the veterans community. Please see the attached NOMINATION FORMS for distinguished individual submissions. After the ceremony completed, free concerts honoring our military and veterans will commence. Please join us for an outstanding evening honoring our Long Island Veterans.
