• BRING VALID ID •
• MINIMUM WEIGHT 110 LBS •
• AGE 16 - 76 •
• EAT WELL (LOW FAT FOODS) & DRINK FLUIDS •
• NO TATTOOS FOR PAST 12 MONTHS •
