“It was deep sadness today that we learned of the passing of Court of Claims Judge Alan Honorof. Judge Honorof was a principled and fair jurist who led a life of service to his country and community. From his career in the U.S. Army, to his work as a Nassau County prosecutor, and a distinguished tenure of more than 20 years on the bench, Judge Honorof worked tirelessly to advance the cause of justice.
