(MINEOLA, N.Y.) –To help support families in need and raise awareness during National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Nassau County Legislator Arnold Drucker (D – Plainview) is partnering with the Safe Center LI to sponsor a supply drive during the month of October.
On weekdays from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., donors can drop off new clothing, toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper goods, baby care items, new bed linens, and gift cards from at The Safe Center LI, 15 Grumman Rd W Suite 1000, Bethpage, N.Y. 11714. In addition, residents are invited to bring donations to Legislator Drucker’s upcoming community events, including:
